A session that highlights the need for teacher’s to be aware of their own personality in order to support their own spiritual development, wellbeing and resilience in life and the workplace
You will gain an understanding of the following nine personality types, consider which three might be the closest to the kind of person you are and reflect on the implications of for your own spiritual wellbeing and resilience

Spirit Gym 3 Teacher 1:1 Support and Co-counselling
A session that highlights the need for teachers to be aware of different modes of 1:1 support they will encounter in the workplace and equips them to better support themselves and peers as they develop a Coaching style of leadership
You will gain an understanding of John Heron’s 6 Categories of Intervention in Helping the Client below and develop a personal coaching philosophy that enables you to start practising the interpersonal skills of co-counselling with peers
